Forever wandering
Never knowing
Directions meaningless
Life, falling apart
Looking and searching
Waiting and wanting
What, unknown
Mind wandering
Body wandering
Soul wandering
Through this
And every other realm
Stumbling through existence
Till a light shines through the darkness
A beacon to end the wandering
Giving hope and dispersing fears
He wonders if it is real
Many a time before
It had been a hoax
Giving off a light
That was never really there
Giving him only lies
To hurt him more
Then he noticed
This light wasn’t like the ones before
It was an ethereal silver
Like a moonbeam
Where the others had been
A bright harsh yellow
Hurting his eyes
Even as he hoped it would save him
From forever wandering
The aimless paths he took
Could he hope once more?
Could he trust once more?
She hopes so . . .

pretty words reminds me of a vampire..:) nice flow you have going down. quite easey to read. simplistic yet emotive and complex.

Thank you! i didn't write it with the idea of a vampire in mind and yet it does seem to work lol I actually think i like it better with that kind of twist to it. Thanks for bringing it up :nod: :blushes: =D
